1 pound to go!

I swear drink a couple bottles of water a day, walk 20 mins and no bad snacking is my key to weight loss. Ive been really strict this week and so far have lost a pound and tomorrow marks a week since that day so hopefully I will be down more then that! I gotta be strict and stick to this so I can hopefully hit my goal by Christmas. If I do I know the lifestyle that Ive liven now where I can indulge a little will help me maintain my weight! 1 pound in 3 weeks TOTALLY do-able!
